My Account & Billing

The My Account & Billing page allows users to manage their company details, billing details, payment methods, and upgrade or downgrade their account.

Current Plan

Displays the details of the current subscription plan.

  • Plan: The name of the current plan.
  • Price: The cost of the current plan per month.

  • Additional Services:

    • Additional Users: Cost per additional user.
    • Included Users: The number of users included in the plan.
    • Included Hosts: The number of hosts included in the plan.
    • Audit Log History: The duration for which audit logs are retained.
    • Agent Refresh Period: The interval at which the agent refreshes.

  • Upgrade: Click to upgrade to a higher plan. Read the Upgrade Your Account section for more information.

  • Close Account: Click to permanently close and delete your account.

Note

Closing your account will permanently delete all data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone. If you have previously received an invoice from Keystash then certain billing information is required to be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

Billing Details

Displays the billing information for the account.

  • Name: The name of the billing contact.
  • Company: The name of the company.
  • Billing Email: The email address for billing notifications.

  • Address: The billing address including street, city, state, country, and postal code.

  • Edit: Click to edit the billing details. If you have a paid plan then you will be redirected to the Keystash Billing portal.

Payment Method

Displays the current payment method information.

  • Card Number: The last four digits of the credit card number.
  • Expiration Date: The expiration date of the credit card.

  • Card Type: The type of credit card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard).

  • Edit: Click to edit the payment method. You will be redirected to the Keystash Billing portal to complete this action.

Estimated Due

Displays the estimated billing information for the next billing cycle.

  • Next Billing Date: The date of the next billing cycle.
  • Total Active Users: The total number of active users.
  • Maximum Servers: The total maximum number of servers that have connected during the current billing period. If you have gone over your plan limit then you will be charged for additional servers.
  • Additional Server Cost: The cost for any additional servers of the included amount of hosts in your plan.
  • Plan Cost: The base cost of the current plan.

  • Estimated Total: The estimated total cost for the next billing cycle including any additional server costs.

  • Make Payment: Click to make a payment towards the account. You will be redirected to the Keystash Billing portal to complete this action.

Servers Connected During Billing Period

Displays a graph showing the number of total active servers connected per day during the billing period.

  • Navigation: Use the "< Prev" and "Next >" buttons to navigate between different billing periods.
